Press release – <\/strong>CEIM is proud to announce that it has awarded, through the Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019Investissement Jeunesse (S.I.J.) impact fund<\/a>, a total of $200,000 in funding to Landerz<\/a>, a young Proptech startup specializing in the search, purchase and sale of land with high development potential.<\/p>\n

This funding, part of a $1.5 million seed round financing round led by Accelia Capital and the Government of Quebec, through its delegate Investissement Qu\u00e9bec, along with financial support from BDC and PME MTL, will enable the company to pursue the development and commercialization of its platform aimed at accelerating large-scale land transactions.<\/p>\n
