Robert Héroux, B.A.A.

Robert Héroux has an extensive experience in commercialization, business development, strategic management, capacity development, leadership, sales, marketing and human resources, acquired both nationally and internationally.

Over the course of his 30-year career at IBM, he has held numerous executive positions at the international level.

As Global Chief Marketing Officer at Smarter Planet, Robert Héroux led the development and deployment of the tools required by the sales force and distribution channels to run their global business operations.

Robert Héroux has received numerous distinctions (IBM Global Vice-President of Marketing Award; 11 100% IBM Club, etc.). During his time as Chief Commercial Officer at Fresche Solutions Inc., sales soared by 206% and the opportunity pipeline grew from US $ 36 Million to US $ 210 Million. The number of employees also increased from 220 to 430 within a 16-month timeframe.

Robert Héroux has taught in the executive MBA program at Sherbrooke University, at ÉTS and in Algeria. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from HEC Montréal and has completed numerous training courses in marketing and sales.
