As the head of Human Resources at the Montreal Stock Exchange from 2002 to 2006, Nathalie Grondin managed the critical transition of its employees to develop new competencies related to the introduction of new information systems. Prior to this, as a six years Human Resource executive at Mindready Solutions, she played a key role in strategies for business merger and acquisition, restructuring and integration in a high-tech environment during a period of major growth. In this role, Nathalie Grondin managed a team of professionals responsible for Human Resource management, quality management systems, compensation analysis and recruitment.
