Mr. Jean-François Bélisle

Over the last 8 years, Jean-François Bélisle has developed expertise in electronic marketing (strategic planning, web analytics), customer Intelligence (loyalty marketing, segmentation, data mining) and advanced statistical methods.
Prior to working with K3 Media, he was a Partner in the Customer Intelligence Department at AIR MILES, a consultant in strategy and analytics for large companies (Procter & Gamble, Bell, Astral Media, Government of Quebec Casinos Quebec), and a lecturer in Market Analysis as well as the founder of the Electronic Marketing course at HEC Montreal. In addition, he pursued Ph.D. studies in computational statistics and marketing at McGill University, he holds a Master degree in Marketing from HEC Montreal, a Bachelor in Economics from the University of Montreal, and an Award of Achievement in Web analytics from the University of British Columbia. He is also Google Analytics certified.

Mr. Charles-Alain Roy
Advisor, Web Performance, K3 Media

With over 5 years of experience in the web industry, Charles-Alain is in charge of analyzing the data and statistics related to websites and visitors. He is also responsible for integrating and customizing analytical solutions such as Google Analytics. As a complement to his expertise, he also deals with setting up advertising campaigns using various web platforms as well as measuring the ROI of these campaigns.
Charles-Alain has obtained the Google Analytics and Google Adwords certifications. He has also obtained the Market Motive certification (given by Avinash Kaushik) related to the web analytics components. He is in charge of accounts such as Nivea Canada, Pfizer, Place Montreal Trust, the Union of Quebec Municipalities (UMQ), the Group Bergeron-Thibault and InEdge.
