Patrick Ouimet is responsible for RCGT’s valuation and litigation support unit in the Montreal region. For over 15 years, he has focused exclusively on business valuations, intangible assets valuation and damage quantification for various industries and entities. Over the course of his career, Patrick has supervised and performed over 600 valuation and financial litigation assignments for both public and private entities, including fairness opinions, financial reporting, litigation, business mergers and acquisitions, capital raising and financial modeling for decision-making purposes. He also advises entrepreneurs of technology and/or start-up companies.
