CDMN (Canadian Digital Media Network) was founded in 2009 as a national Centre of Excellence for Commercialization and Research to create companies, jobs and generate economic benefits for Canada. CDMN brings together industry, government and academia as a catalyst for commercialization. Since 2011, CDMN has partnered with CEIM to grow its activities throughout Quebec.

Created in 2012 by Export Québec, Expansion Québec helps Québec-based SMEs seeking to establish themselves outside Québec. It offers personalized services in domiciliation, office space rental and business support provided by a local director, in order to facilitate and accelerate the set-up process while minimizing costs and risks.

Guillermo Moyano

After obtaining a degree in Political Science at the University of Buenos Aires in Argentina, Guillermo Moyano has served as executive assistant in the management unit of the Development Bank of Latin America. After completing an MA in International Administration at ENAP in 2012, he worked for Export Quebec and in export assistance for the Chamber of Commerce of Eastern Montreal, accompanying Quebec companies in the exploration and development of new international markets.
Sylvie LeBlanc

Sylvie LeBlanc manages major accounts within the team of Solutions for Small Businesses at Export Development Canada. She helps small businesses understand and minimize the inherent risks in the growth of their business in international markets. She also identifies financial solutions to help her customers increase their working capital so that they can exploit the opportunities that present themselves abroad.
