Nada Zogheib has over ten years in sales experience, customer service management, coaching and customer loyalty strategies in the high technology companies.She has spent several years promoting IT products in the North American, South America, North Africa and the Middle East markets. She was responsible for the creation of a customer service and training departments at KMtechnologies. At CEIM, Nada Zogheib serves as consultant for the Sales Intelligence department. She shares her expertise in creation and management of customer service programs. She also offers regular conferences on customer service and loyalty. Nada Zogheib, graduate of the University of Montreal in Translation, also holds a certificate in Law and International Political Science from Concordia University.
