Technochic wants to change the face of the technology industry
CEIM Announces the Appointment of Julie Proulx to its Board

Article – Selwa Rafi, co-president of technochic and founding CEO of KEPLR Intelligence, shares her initial experience with this group, which provides a safe space for women to share their experiences, successes, and challenges, while working together to overcome the
obstacles that hinder their professional advancement She explains that, growing up in predominantly male environments, she often wondered about the lack of female presence around her. We had a safe space to share our challenges, our problems, our successes and failures, and we realized that regardless of the industry, we face the same obstacles as women. It’s quite interesting to see because we thought these were individual problems, but they’re not.

Thanks to CEIM, we had the opportunity to hold monthly meetings and discuss things openly and honestly. I continued to get more involved, and that’s how I took on the role of co-chair, which I share with Julie Hubert,”
she said.
