Claude Choquet
Founder, CEO & Welding Engineer
123 Certification Inc. created the welding simulator ARC+ to provide skills training for entry level welders. With ARC+, a novice welder receives one-on-one attention from a virtual instructor that is dedicated to the trainee without distraction. Using ARC+, students enter an interactive virtual environment that merges computer-generated data with physical props. By simulating the welding process, no gas is burned, no metal is consumed, and no waste is created. 123 Certification Inc. has recently completed a 7 year R&D program for the world’s first 100% virtual 3D welding simulator, a video game like software and hardware product that trains welders and identifies defects in welds that are used in industries, schools and certification institutes prior to completing real welding certification. This breakthrough technology is to become the new standard for welding qualification and certification in all industrial sectors.
